The breakfast is appetising, available with the amount of food offered. The twin room is brand-new with Bathtub, a 3 pin socket, tea/ coffee.
Nothing bad to say.

Nothing, the hotel was a bit of disappointment. We had paid less for hotels in Tabuk and Al Oula and got better service as compared to Golden Tulip.
The customer service was poor, they receptionist was helpless as he appears to have no authority. The hotel door key system was down therefore we had to depend on the staff to get in with master key. Though rated 5 star, room we got was comparable to a 3 star. We had to ask for an extra lamp to have reasoable light in the room. The room was without a window.

Location, and space of the room
No Windows in the room, which could be ok if the room was clean and well ventilated, but it was not! needed to open the door everyday to get fresh air inside! the breakfast was 3stars quality

The building is elegant and the rooms are good looking with the tea and despite using passwords given, for instance.

Hotel offers a great cultural experience: dirty beds, broken lamp, mismatched furniture, and a restaurant with absent staff. Just what I was looking for! Indulge in the complimentary leftover toiletries from other hotels.
Such a shame, no complementary earplugs for the college students' noisy party next door.

Neat & Clean atmosphere.
People at reception not friendly. Once my credit card did not work, he stear and almost shouted at me as why your card is not working, instead of trying for another time i gave my debit card to do the transaction. Over all the staff is less educated and lacks the way to deal with customers.
